UK or Ireland-based not-for-profit organisations and music groups
At least three partners from different UK or Ireland regions, led by a festival, venue, promoter or group
At least three live performances reaching three regions; recordings cannot be the main part
Music written by UK and Ireland-based creators: new commissions or music from the past five years
