Songwriters, artists and bands who write their own music, based in Liverpool City Region, Tees Valley or Wales
Future industry professionals in those regions with 18 months to 10 years in music can apply for up to £1,000
Early signs of national interest and a regional track record; not for artists just starting out
Past recipients of PPL Momentum Music Fund, Hitmaker or Composers' Fund cannot apply
