- Once a year, in July and August
Who can apply
- For-profit professional musicians, solo or in a band, or independent promoters; nonprofits are not eligible
- Musicians need two years of documented live shows, or six released singles or music videos
- Promoters have three staff or fewer and two years of curating shows, and are not tied to one venue
- Musicians paid with grant funds must receive at least the city rate
