For-profit live music venues with at least a $60,000 operating budget; nonprofits are not eligible
Live music is the principal function and artists are paid under a formal arrangement
Live music at least five nights a week, and at least five of the listed venue criteria met
At least 51% of spending in Austin council districts or the extraterritorial jurisdiction

Upload or link evidence, including the prior year's budget or profit and loss statement

Acknowledge the awardee commitments, such as paying musicians at least the city rate
