Who can apply

• Permanent New Jersey resident, 18 or older, and not an enrolled student
• Categories rotate on a two-year schedule; 2027 includes Music Composition in all styles
• Fellows from the last five years cannot apply; finalists can
• Only completed work counts, and all samples are reviewed anonymously
