- Nationals or certified residents of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama
- Also of Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Uruguay and Venezuela
- Needs an invitation letter signed by the host institution, stating the activity and its date
- You cannot apply for a residency in your country of origin or residence
