Who can apply
- Public or private institutions and organisations that can prove residence in a participating country
- Based in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain or Mexico
- Or based in Panama, Paraguay, Peru or Portugal; guests must be in the Catálogo Ibermúsicas
- The residency lasts at least three weeks; Spain and Portugal applicants get up to €5,000
