Who can apply
- Artists, producers, managers, researchers, teachers, venues, festivals, institutions and companies
- Based in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru or Portugal
- The project must include cultural agents from at least one other member country
- Covers operating and production costs; Spain and Portugal applicants get up to €2,500
