Who can apply
- Manitoba-resident artists who have lived in Manitoba for at least 365 days, aged 18 or over
- Level 1 gets up to C$5,000 a year; Level 2 up to C$15,000 with an MFM-funded release and four tour dates
- Out-of-province artists with MFM funding for their current release may also apply
- No more than two Promote grants open at a time
