Chilean public or private legal entities, with or without profit; de facto societies are excluded
Fairs get up to CLP 35,000,000; live music events with five or fewer editions up to CLP 30,000,000 by zone
At least 30% of the grant pays musicians, and at least 30% of the team are women
Festival programmes include at least one artist from the host region per day
