Music video or audiovisual record: Chilean or permanently resident adults, or Chilean legal entities
Media, media innovation and catalogue strands: Chilean legal entities only, such as labels and media
At least 30% co-financing, in cash or in kind
The project starts between 1 February and 30 May of the following year
