People aged 18 or over, Chilean or foreign with a Chilean ID card
Popular music strands by career stage: emerging up to 5 years since the first record, 6 to 15, and 16 or more
Classical, electroacoustic, folk and children's music strands are also open
At least 15% of the grant goes to promotion, with a detailed dissemination plan
