Who can apply
- Active performers who are Mexican, or foreign with immigrant status in Mexico
- Music profiles: singers, instrumentalists, and conductors of orchestras, choirs and other ensembles
- A project in one of five areas, such as training, showing work, tours, promotion or teaching
- 110 stipends: MXN 10,296 to 11,440 a month for a year, or MXN 20,000 a month for three years
