Groups or people who carry the living heritage of Indigenous, Afro-Mexican or popular communities
The community must consent to and back the project, which needs direct local impact
Music qualifies under the theme of instruments, ensembles, performers and composers

Write a community cultural project following the guide in the call

Register online at pacmyc.cultura.gob.mx with a LlaveMX account, or hand it in at your state office

Keep the registration receipt (Constancia de Registro) with your folio number

Your state's Comisión de Apoyo a la Creación Popular reviews the projects and informs you in writing
