Who can apply
- SAMPRA member recording artists and record companies based in South Africa
- Identified or invited to perform live at a national or international music event
- The Fund pays at most 50% of the travel budget; one grant in any six-month period
- Recipients give SAMPRA a five-year mandate for neighbouring rights
