Who can apply

Taiwanese nationals under 40 on the deadline, not enrolled as students
Practitioners of music, dance, theatre, visual arts, literature or audiovisual media
A self-planned trip of at least 30 days in one block, focused on arts people, events and places
Ability to communicate in English or the language of the country you visit

How to apply

Apply online through the NCAF grant system with a plan, itinerary and expected results

Attach a recommendation letter, a letter from the overseas host and samples of your work

A written review comes first, then interviews for those who pass

Up to 15 artists are funded, and results are published after board approval

Send a report and your collected material within one month of the trip
