501(c)(3), local government or tribal government in DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV, PR or the USVI
Performances, workshops, fieldwork and new traditional work are eligible activities
1:1 cash match required; fiscal sponsorship is not permitted
Cannot apply in the same year as CALT Experiences or Mid Atlantic Presenter grants
