Up to 50% of the artist fee for mid-Atlantic nonprofits that book music ensembles from the roster for a concert and community activity.

Who can apply

Nonprofit or government presenter in DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV, PR or the USVI
Book an artist from the roster; the 2027-28 roster features music ensembles from Latin America and Portugal
In good standing with Mid Atlantic Arts, with administrative capacity for the project
Grant is at least $1,000, with up to $2,000 more for direct project costs when available

Pick a roster artist and negotiate terms with the artist's tour agent

Agree on public performance dates and a community engagement activity

Confirm a contract or offer letter before the booking deadline

Complete the short application to Mid Atlantic Arts to confirm grant eligibility
