Who can apply

Music professionals in any area, technique, genre or style
Nationals or residents of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador
Also of Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Portugal; Spain is named in the funding rules
Study can take place anywhere in the world; Spain and Portugal are paid €1,000 a month
