Who can apply

• Professional artists who have lived in the City of Toronto for at least one year
• Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or people with a pending permanent residence application
• One category a year: creation up to C$10,000, demo or EP up to C$8,000, full-length up to C$15,000
• Music videos, touring, training and spending outside Toronto are not funded
